Technical skills are much easier when you know what you want. I would assume you have already taken a look at 1. Personal Development. Otherwise, I strongly urge that you do! I know that for me, if I am not absolutely certain what I am going to set out to accomplish or why, I will not complete what I began doing.
After you are done with that, finding how is so much easier.
